    What is the cut-off time for web, fax or phone orders

    Cut off time for all orders is midday the day prior to your delivery day.

    In-store pick up: please place your order by midday the day prior to pick up.

    Do I need to pre-pay for home deliveries?

    Yes. All home deliveries must be paid for prior to delivery.

    Do I have to be home for my delivery?

    No. We can deliver and leave pre-paid orders in a secure location of choice. Simply let us know at the time you place your order. Please note that Growers Market take no responsibility once we leave the premises.

    What is your policy on damage goods or missing items?

    Regrettably, due to the nature of fresh fruit or vegetables we need to be notified within 24hrs of delivery on any damaged stock or missing items. If this occurs, we will deliver free of charge replacements on your next delivery.

    What are my delivery days?

    What are my payment options

    We accept Visa, Mastercard or PayPal.

    Is there a delivery fee?

    FREE DELIVERY for all orders over $40. If you order under $40, there will be a delivery fee of $7.

    Can I set up a weekly or fortnightly repeat orders?

    Yes you can. Please contact the Growers Market office on (02) 6583 4111 to arrange this.

    Where do you source your produce from?

    We select only the best and freshest produce from the Sydney markets and growers direct.
